These are dew drops that were suspended in a spider web. If you look closely you can see the bushes in the reflection of some of the dew drops.
Everyone who sees this shot asks if this is asparagus. It could pass for asparagus but it's acutally a branch from a bush and in the background are dew drops that are suspended in a spider web.
